Jennifer Grant
Belladerma Owner
Jennifer Grant founded Belladerma in 2018 with the mission of bringing the latest aesthetic services and expertise to Shawnee. She serves as the administrator, bringing a decade’s worth of experience in healthcare project management, process flow analysis, healthcare analytics and decision support. Jennifer graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State. She and her husband, Dr. Gregory Grant, reside in Shawnee with their kids and enjoy being involved in the community.

Lacey McCrary, APRN
Belladerma Co-Owner
A registered nurse for 15 years and nurse practitioner for 11 years, Lacey is also the aesthetic injector at BellaDerma. Though Lacey spent the majority of her career in primary and urgent care, she always dreamed of working in aesthetics. A few years ago, she made the dream come true, and has now been working in aesthetics for more than two years.
“This field isn’t always about vanity, it’s also about connecting with my patients and their hearts. The relationships I develop with my patients is my favorite part of the job. Seeing such a confidence boost and a revitalization in their appearance is just an added perk.”
Courtney Pierce
Esthetician
Owner of Pierced Esthetics and one of the newest additions to the BellaDerma team, Courtney is an esthetician with as much passion as she has experience. A wife and mother, Courtney has been a licensed esthetician for several years and has always had a calling to skin care.
“My goal is to help my patients feel confident in their skin and educate them on how to maintain and keep their skin healthy! I believe that skincare is not a luxury but is self-care.”
Sarah Morrison
PMU artist
Sarah is a state board certified Medical Micropigmentologist and owner of Signature Permanent Makeup. She attended ILLUME institute in 2021 and is trained in new and advanced permanent makeup techniques. She specializes in tattooing natural, everyday permanent makeup, including powder brows, eyeliner, lip blushing and lash enhancements.
“My passion for makeup and skin care gravitated me towards Permanent Makeup. I fell in love with the art and the way it allows me to create the best results for a wide range of skin types, textures and colors.”
Laney Bowen
Lash Extensions
Laney graduated from Central Oklahoma College and became state board certified in esthetics in 2021. The owner of Esthetics by Laney, Laney specializes in lash extensions.
“I’m dedicated to the art of accentuating my clients’ natural beauty. My ultimate goal is to create an effortless confidence in you.”
Heidi Boone
Patient Coordinator
Heidi has been a medical receptionist for over 5 years. She is a wife to a loving, supportive husband and mother to two beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her daughter’s competitive dance.

Alexis Dahlman, RN, BSN
Icon Laser Technician
A registered nurse for more than decade, Alexis is our Icon platform technician. Her background and training allow her to provide an excellent experience with maximized results for those seeking IPL skin treatments or IPL hair removal. She earned her certification as an RN from Tulsa Community College and received her BSN from Rogers State College in Claremore. Alexis came to Shawnee after working in the Austin, TX area as a pediatric cardiovascular and thoracic surgery nurse at Dell Children’s Hospital. Alexis joined the Belladerma team in 2018, and after a short time away, has joined us again. She and her husband, Tom, an Episcopal priest, live in Shawnee with their two kids.

Gregory Grant, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Gregory Grant earned his MD from OUHSC in Oklahoma City in 2006 and completed his Family and Preventative Medicine Residency in 2009, serving his final year as Chief Resident. Soon after starting his practice in Shawnee with SMCC, he was approached by CEO of SMCC, Jeff Griffin, to become trained in Aesthetic Medicine. SMCC already had some equipment and Mr. Griffin saw the need in Shawnee for this line of service. Dr. Grant agreed to pursue this additional training in 2011 through the AAFP in Orlando, FL where he gained the theoretical and practical knowledge of LASER and IPL therapy as well as the foundations for injectable neurotoxins culminating with the AAFP conferring to Dr. Grant Mastery certificates in Aesthetics I and II (now called Basic and Advanced Aesthetic Medicine). He has a passion for learning and teaching. He has been awarded the Volunteer Faculty of the Year award from the OUHSC Department of Family and Preventative Medicine 4 times over the last 9 years.
“Aesthetic Medicine is not just focusing on how you look. It is about helping the patient feel good about how they look. Our goal is to help patients develop a treatment plan to help them achieve the look they want. We want them to feel good about themselves and help the natural features a person has reveal themselves in a way that makes people smile.”
